Disclaimer

Commissions, management fees and expenses all may be associated with investing in Harvest Exchange Traded Funds managed by Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. (the “Funds” or a “Fund”). Please read the relevant prospectus before investing. Tax investment and all other decisions should be made with guidance from a qualified professional.

The Funds are not guaranteed, their values change frequently, and past performance may not be repeated. The indicated rates of return are the historical annual compounded total returns (except for figures of one year or less, which are simple total returns) including changes in unit value and reinvestment of all distributions and do not take into account sales, redemption, distribution or optional charges or income taxes payable by any securityholder that would have reduced returns.

Monthly distributions are paid to you in cash unless you request, pursuant to your participation in a distribution reinvestment plan, that they be reinvested into available Class units of the Fund. If a Fund earns less than the amounts distributed, the difference is a return of capital.

* This is the current yield at the end of the most recent month. The current yield represents an annualized amount that is comprised of 12 unchanged monthly distributions (using the most recent month’s distribution figure multiplied by 12) as a percentage of the closing market price of an ETF. The current yield does not represent historical returns of the ETFs. Because the current yield is based on the market price of an ETF, it will change frequently. This means that each investor will realize a different current yield and monthly cash distributions based on the prices paid for the ETFs. The above monthly cash distributions are based on the closing prices at the end of the most recent month. An investor who purchased any of the ETFs at those prices would realize the above monthly cash distributions on an investment of $100,000. An investor that purchased any of the ETFs at a price that is above the price at the end of the most recent month will realize a lower cash monthly distribution. An investor that purchased any of the ETFs at a price that is below the price at the end of the most recent month would receive a higher cash monthly distribution.

If an ETF earn less than the distributions paid, the difference is a return of capital. These ETFs use leverage or invest in other ETFs that use leverage. The use of leverage amplifies the return volatility risk both to the upside and the downside. This means both positive and negative returns will be higher with the use of leverage.
