Welcome to Money Focus. I’m VP of Marketing at Harvest ETFs. I’m passionate about helping beginner investors gain confidence and understand the basics of effective investing and setting financial goals. With over 20 years of experience in national-level marketing, a Bachelor of Finance, and an MBA, I’ve acquired a unique blend of personal and professional insights to help others learn more about navigating the world of investing.

Having lived and worked across Asia, Europe, and the US, I’ve gained a broad perspective on establishing proper financial goals and various approaches to managing finances. My experience has taught me valuable lessons about building wealth through investing in the stock market, from the importance of understanding what you’re investing in to recognizing promising new ideas, and—most importantly—keeping emotions out of decision-making.

Throughout my career, I’ve also learned from my own early missteps, like buying high and selling low, failing to diversify, and not having a clear long-term plan. These experiences have shaped my understanding of investing in the stock market and inspired me to create this blog to share educational insights and lessons I’ve gathered along the way.

Through this blog, my goal is to provide beginner investors with clear, practical tips to help them build their knowledge and make informed decisions. Whether you’re just starting or looking to refine your understanding, I’m here to share ideas and perspectives that can support you on your financial journey.
