Harvest Announces Filing of the Preliminary Prospectus for Canadian Harvest High Income Shares ETFs

OAKVILLE, ONTARIO, Business Wire | French – Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. (“Harvest”) is pleased to announce that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the Canadian securities regulators for a new suite of Canadian Harvest High Income Shares ETFs (the “ETFs” or “ETF”). As Canada’s largest single stock ETF issuer, Harvest will add the new Canadian Harvest High Income Shares ETFs to its successful single stock ETF platform to offer investors high monthly income from some of Canada’s most recognizable companies.

Each of the single stock ETFs will hold a well-established Canadian company to provide access to the growth potential of top Canadian market sector leaders and will engage modest leverage plus an active covered call strategy designed to generate enhanced high monthly income.

Investment Objective of the New Canadian Harvest High Income Shares ETFs

The ETFs will seek to provide Shareholders with (i) long-term capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly, on a levered basis, in the common shares of blue-chip well-known Canadian companies and (ii) high monthly cash distributions.

Harvest, a registered investment fund manager and portfolio manager, will act as promoter, trustee, manager and portfolio manager of the ETFs and will be responsible for the administration of the ETFs.
