Harvest High Income Shares suite of ETFs continues to expand, giving Canadian investors access to some of the world’s most influential companies. This month, the suite welcomes four new single stock ETFs: Three tied to the artificial intelligence (AI) boom and semiconductor build out, and one anchored by one of the most financially flexible conglomerates on the planet.
These single stock ETFs started trading on Thursday, October 1, 2026. In this piece, we dive into what each addition has to offer Canadian investors right now.
ASML | The Only Maker of the Machines Behind Advanced Chips
The Harvest ASML Enhanced High Income Shares ETF (TSX: ASME) invests all its assets, directly or indirectly, in shares of ASML Holding N.V. Founded in 1984 as a joint venture, the Dutch company designs and builds the lithography systems used to print microscopic circuit patterns in silicon wafers. ASML is the world’s only manufacturer of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography systems, which are used to make some of the most advanced semiconductor chips. It supplies all the major leading-edge chipmakers, including TSMC, Intel Foundry, and Samsung.
ASML Snapshot:
2025 Net Sales: €32.7 billion, with a gross margin of 52.8% a historical high
EUV Momentum: 48 EUV systems sold in 2025, and €8.5 billion returned to shareholders
Growth Potential: ASML sits at a critical choke point of the global chip supply chain, so it benefits from advanced chip manufacturing regardless of which foundry or designer wins share. Demand from AI infrastructure, automotive electrification, and sovereign semiconductor initiatives, together with the transition to High-NA EUV (the Twinscan EXE family) for sub-2mm nodes, supports the company’s opportunity to reach annual sales of up to €60 billion in 2030.
Berkshire Hathaway | A Fortress Balance Sheet with Room to Act
The Harvest Berkshire Hathaway Enhanced High Income Shares ETF (TSX: BRKE) invests all its assets, directly or indirectly, in shares of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Berkshire is a diversified holding company with roots going back to 1839. It combines insurance operations such as GEICO, General Re, and Berkshire Hathaway Reinsurance Group with BNSF Railway, Berkshire Hathaway Energy, and a wide range of manufacturing, service, and retail businesses, alongside a large public equity portfolio.
Berkshire Hathaway Snapshot:
2025 Total Revenue: US$371.4 billion, with net earnings attributable to shareholders of US$67 billion, including a US$30.7 billion gain
Scale: About US$1.09 trillion in market cap as of September 30, 2026, across 70 operating businesses and subsidiaries
Growth Potential: Berkshire holds US$369 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and U.S. Treasury bills, giving its exceptional flexibility to pursue acquisitions during periods of market dislocation. Insurance “float” is reinvested in high-quality equities and whole-company purchases, while its decentralized, diversified model gives it a long-term acquisition platform
Intel | Rebuilding Leading-Edge Manufacturing in the U.S.
The Harvest Intel Enhanced High Income Shares ETF (TSX: INTE) invests all its assets, directly or indirectly, in shares of Intel Corporation. Founded in 1968 by Robert Noyce and Gordon Moore, the Santa Clara-based company powered the personal computer revolution with its x86 architecture. Today, it is pursuing a turnaround under its IDM 2.0 strategy, which pairs its product businesses with Intel Foundry.
Intel Snapshot:
2025 Total Revenue: US $52.9 billion, with 15 wafer fabs in production at 10 locations worldwide
Process Leadership: Intel 18A, the most advanced process technology developed and manufactured in the United States, introduced RibbonFET (gate-all-around transistors) and PowerVia (backside power delivery)
Growth Potential: Intel expects to invest over US$100 billion to expand U.S. chip manufacturing, filling essential domestic supply chain gaps that are critical to U.S. economic and national security. The company contributes over US$102 billion annually to U.S. GDP and benefits from sovereign semiconductor policies such as the U.S. CHIPS and Science Act. It’s goal is to build a Western-based commercially advanced foundry that can compete for external customers.
Micron | The Memory Powering AI Accelerators
The Harvest Micron Enhanced High Income Shares ETF (TSX: MUHE) invests all its assets, directly or indirectly, in shares of Micron Technology, Inc. Founded in 1978 in Boise, Idaho, Micron is one of only three major global manufacturers capable of producing leading-edge DRAM (Dynamic Random-Access Memory) and NAND flash memory at scale. Its product serve AI data centres, mobile devices, automotive systems, PCs, and industrial applications.
Micron Snapshot:
FY 2025 Total Revenue: US $37.4 billion, up nearly 50%, with around 60,000 patents granted.
Data Centre Strength: Data centre revenue reached a record 56% of total revenue, with gross margins of 52%.
Growth Potential: High-bandwidth memory (HBM) is critical to AI accelerators, and Micron’s HBM3E and HBM4 products, built on 1-beta DRAM technology, give it direct exposure to the AI infrastructure buildout. HBM revenue reached US$2 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025, an annualized run rate of nearly US$8 billion. Between FY22 and FY25, Micron returned US$5.2 billion to shareholders through repurchases and dividends, and it continues to expand domestic manufacturing in Idaho and New York with CHIPS Act support.
