The Harvest MicroStrategy Enhanced High Income Shares ETF invests all its assets, directly or indirectly, in Class A shares of MicroStrategy. MicroStrategy provides business intelligence, mobile software, and cloud-based services. The company’s securities have developed into a Bitcoin treasury holding company, due to its substantial holdings in the world’s premier digital currency.

The Harvest MicroStrategy Enhanced High Income Shares ETF (TSX: MSTE) provides access to the growth potential of MicroStrategy and overlays an active covered call writing strategy on up to 50% of the position to provide high monthly cash distributions to its unitholders. It applies modest leverage at around 25% for higher income and growth potential. Units of the ETF are available in CAD.

The applicable Harvest High Income Shares ETFs intend to pay monthly distributions based on their ability to generate monthly cash flows from writing covered call options and any dividends received on the securities held in such Harvest ETF’s portfolio, as applicable. The Manager will review the level of distributions for each such Harvest ETF on a monthly basis to consider the sustainability of such distributions. The amount of ordinary cash distributions may vary based on the Manager’s assessment of the prevailing market conditions and it is anticipated to be the Minimum Variable Monthly Distribution per Unit or higher.
