As of March 31, 2025, the underlying ETFs in this ETF employ modest leverage to create overall leverage exposure of approximately 25% and high monthly cash distributions for its unitholders. Minimum Monthly Distribution (per Unit) $0.16 for Harvest Diversified Enhanced High Income Shares ETF
The applicable Harvest High Income Shares ETFs intend to pay monthly distributions based on their ability to generate monthly cash flows from writing covered call options and any dividends received on the securities held in such Harvest ETF’s portfolio, as applicable. The Manager will review the level of distributions for each such Harvest ETF on a monthly basis to consider the sustainability of such distributions. The amount of ordinary cash distributions may vary based on the Manager’s assessment of the prevailing market conditions and it is anticipated to be the Minimum Variable Monthly Distribution per Unit or higher.
