Minimum Monthly Distribution (per Unit) $0.08 for Harvest Apple Enhanced High Income Shares ETF
The applicable Harvest High Income Shares ETFs intend to pay monthly distributions based on their ability to generate monthly cash flows from writing covered call options and any dividends received on the securities held in such Harvest ETF’s portfolio, as applicable. The Manager will review the level of distributions for each such Harvest ETF on a monthly basis to consider the sustainability of such distributions. The amount of ordinary cash distributions may vary based on the Manager’s assessment of the prevailing market conditions and it is anticipated to be the Minimum Variable Monthly Distribution per Unit or higher.
* Announced per unit distribution (June 16, 2025) for unitholders on record as July 31, 2025, payable on August 8, 2025. Distributions are paid to you in cash unless you request, pursuant to your participation in a distribution reinvestment plan, that they be reinvested into available class Units of the Fund. If a Fund earns less than the amounts distributed, the difference is a return of capital.
