Further to its announcement on May 7, 2025, Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. (the “Manager”) the manager and trustee of Harvest Banks & Buildings Income Fund (Series A, D, F and R) and Harvest Canadian Income & Growth Fund (Series A, D, F and R) (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), were terminated at the close of business on July 7, 2025.
